1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
SenderLand is an extreme-sports and outdoor adventure festival featuring activities such as cliff jumping, water attractions, elevated platforms, slides, trampolines, bike and stunt shows, bonfires, and other high-intensity environments.
By entering the event grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, impacts, water-related injury, outdoor hazards, weather, or interactions with athletes, equipment, or terrain.
2. LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE
By registering for Senderland 2026, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in extreme sports activities that involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, death, or property damage.
I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Senderland LLC, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while participating in the event.
3. ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances. By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree that:
- My payment is non-refundable regardless of my ability to attend
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for different dates or ticket types
- Tickets are non-transferable to other individuals
- In the event of cancellation by organizers, credit may be issued at their sole discretion
4. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
I understand and agree that:
- Activities include extreme sports with risks of serious injury or death
- I am responsible for my own safety and well-being
- I have adequate health insurance coverage
- I am physically fit to participate
- I will follow all safety rules and instructions from event staff
- I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance
